Why was my utility bill estimated?
Reads sometimes have to be estimated. If the usage has been estimated for the month, it will be noted on the bill. Estimations are sometimes due to weather, blocked meters, loose dogs, or shortage of personnel.

If meters are estimated for more than three months in a row, then it should be brought to the attention of the Customer Service Department so that the problem can be resolved.
