How do I become a vendor for the City of Anderson?
Step 1: Fill out the W-9 IRS fillable PDF form. After completing the form, you will need to print the first page, sign and date it, and submit it to Sharon Walters by fax at 765-648-5928, by email at swalters@cityofanderson.com, or by mailing it to the Requestor Address that is located on the IRS W-9 form.


Step 2: Fill out the Vendor Information Form. After entering all applicable information, click on the submit button at the bottom of the form and it will automatically be sent to the Purchasing Manager.
