Discontinue Service

When are moving out of our area and would like to cancel service over the phone, we will need to verify either the account number or Social Security Number and have a forwarding address.

We can disconnect Service over the phone if the account is Electric only and we can verify a Social Security Number, or an account number and we can have a forwarding address. If water needs to be disconnected you will need to come in to the office to sign a water disconnect responsibility.
