The City of Anderson has developed the City's Stormwater Management program in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations and laws. To learn more about the State of Indiana stormwater regulations:

The City of Anderson Code of Ordinances includes three ordinances regarding stormwater issues, all of these can be found in Title V: Public Works.
