Legal Section

Legal Section responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Annual legal training including training bulletins and/or structured classroom training on topics including, but not limited to:
   • Arrests
   • Search and Seizure
   • Statutory And Case Law Decisions
   • Constitutional Requirements
2. Assisting research and planning with policy development and review
3. Assisting the command staff with legal issues
