Note: The city of Anderson's Income Limits are included with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) line item for 2005.

All CDBG and HOME program activities undertaken in 2006 were consistent with the HUD approved 2000-2005 Consolidated Plan. All funds spent during 2006 were for housing and non-housing programs that benefited low and moderate-income persons. The City expended at least 70% of its funds on projects that assisted this population. There are over 35 census tracts with concentrations over 70%.
