Income Guidelines
All CDBG and HOME program activities undertaken are consistent with the HUD approved 2000-2005 Consolidated Plan. All funds spent during 2006 were for housing and non-housing programs that benefited low and moderate-income persons. The City expended at least 100% of its funds on projects that assisted this population. There are over 35 census tracts with concentrations over 70%.
