Anderson Municipal Airport The Anderson Municipal Airport (AID) is a General Aviation airport owned and operated by the City of Anderson, Indiana, conveniently situated near I-69 in Madison County just northeast of Indianapolis. Anderson Municipal Airport Progress Report Airport Hires New Manager

Lori Brown, former assistant to the director at Monroe County Airport in Bloomington, was voted in as Anderson Municipal Airport’s manager on Tuesday, January 13th. Brown graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in aerospace administration. She has been flying since 2003 and is a private pilot with instrument, commercial, tailwheel and aerobatic ratings. Brown hopes to focus on increasing business and corporate development at the airport, making it a successful economic development tool for the city by attracting pilots and corporations from all over the country.
