Welcome to the AIMS Web Site! Over the past few years, downtown Anderson has experienced an abundance of activity ranging from activities, entertainment and festivals to millions of dollars in construction. Throughout this site, we hope to inform you as to the latest building, demolition and street changes throughout the downtown, as well as welcome you to the newest entertainment and activities occurring.

Due to the recent increase in activity in Downtown Anderson, the City, several downtown merchants and interested citizens formed a group to organize all of the construction and entertainment called AIMS. This will shortly become a not-for-profit organization that is responsible for working with the City Departments to coordinate existing construction and entertainment, as well as all the new and innovative construction and entertainment to come.
