The process of setting the 115’ beams will be as followed.1. The delivery trucks will come off of Scatterfield along 8th Street to the east end of the bridge for staging each day.2. There will be three trucks each day and they will be together. The trucks will leave Decatur, IN at daylight with a police escort and should be onsite between 10:00 and 11:00 AM.3. The bridge contractor will close the old bridge each day around 9:00 AM and move the temporary concrete wall over so the trucks can be as close to the new bridge as possible.4. Each truck will be unloaded and the beam set in place.5. After the last truck is unloaded, the temporary concrete wall will be put back in place.6. Once the temporary concrete wall is in place, the old bridge will be opened back up to traffic sometime between 3:00 and 4:00 PM each day.
