Utility Office

The Anderson City Utilities Office is committed to serving our 37,000 customers to the best of our ability and to serve as a liaison between our customers and our municipal utility providers.

The department helps customers with the following services:
  • Scheduling new service connections for electricity, water, sewer, and stormwater
  • Disconnecting service
  • Payment of utility bills
  • Resolving problems with your bill
  • Establishing budget accounts
NOW AVAILABLE:  New Phone Call Center.  Anything you can do in person, you can NOW do over the phone!  New service, transfer service, disconnect service, payment arrangements, etc., call (765) 648-6187.  Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.  The cut off time for new or transferred service is 4:30 PM.
